How Social Networks Will Shape the Future

8
How will social networks shape the future? It is difficult to say for sure because we don't have a crystal ball that shows us what's coming.
However, we can look at what is already happening and make projections based on trends and speculation.
Will social networks continue to be popular in the future? Yes, absolutely.
If you look at how social networks are growing in popularity, there is no doubt that they are not going anywhere anytime soon.
It's easy to see why this is the case.
People are social.
The need to connect with other people is built into our psychology and that is something that will never change.
Anything that makes it easier for us to interact with one another will always be in demand.
How will social networks change in the future? This is a tougher question to answer.
However, there are two main forces that will determine the outcome: the demands of users and the demands of advertisers.
Although social networks make their money from the ads on the site, they also rely on users because without them, there is no one to display the ads to.
So some sort of balance will need to be achieved between giving the users what they want and keeping the advertisers happy.
How will social networks impact the future of our society? Sites like Facebook are changing the way people interact with each other, which is sure to have effects we haven't even considered yet just as the invention of the telephone completely revolutionized communication.
Now that we can share photos and videos easily as well as merely talking, we are able to keep our friends and family members up to date on what is going on in our lives in a way that we couldn't before.
This strengthens our extended families by bringing them closer together.
Time will only tell what other impact these sites will have on our society's future.
