Stuffed Tri-Color Peppers

Cut tops off of bell peppers and set aside. Take out veins and seeds and wash inside and outside of peppers. Turn upside down to dry on paper towel. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients in bowl and stuff peppers with mixture. Top with more parmesan cheese. Put tops back on peppers and wrap tightly with foil. Place on heat and turn occassionally. Use extra sauce to spoon over peppers once done.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 each red, green, yellow and orange bell peppers
- 1 cup of cooked white or brown rice
- 1 small onion chopped or 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese or your favorite
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce, pizza sauce or ketchup
- aluminum foil for each pepper
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 40 minutes
- Total Time: 50 minutes
