How to Download Android 2.2
- 1). Press the "Home" key on your Android smartphone and then tap "Menu."
- 2). Select "Settings" from the Android menu and then tap "About Phone."
- 3). Tap "System Updates" to trigger an update of your phone's operating system. Your phone will detect if the Android 2.2 update is available and begin to download it. You can continue to use your phone while the update is downloaded.
- 4). Tap "OK" when prompted to begin installation of your update. The installation can take up to 15 minutes and you will not be able to use your phone until it is complete. Restart your Android smartphone when the update is complete.
