Saudi Recruitment Scenario after Saudization of Employment

Recruitment experts say Saudi Arab jobs for overseas Filipinos will become fewer as the looming   implementation of new labor policy because company has a limited number of vacancies to recruit of their employees which are from overseas. The revolutionary new policies of Saudi Arab, which is called Nitaqat, has poked recruitment agencies to act upon the mounting difficulties which migrant workers abroad will face soon. This was a direct reaction to concerns raised by the Philippine government. 

Chief executive and president of LBS Recruitment Solutions Corp. at conference on Saudization, was reportedly quoted saying that the Strategic employment and diplomatic plan in the Middle East should be put into practice by the Philippine government. Saudization supposedly refers to the Saudi Arabia's policy on prioritizing employment for their nationals instead of overseas workers in Saudi Arabians firms. The policy will be implemented soon which so they say limited reporting for household service employees. 

For making sure Saudi youth do not go without jobs for too long, the Saudization became more pressing for the Saudi Arabia government. Previous records show that in 2009, 27 to 30 % of all unemployed were Saudi nationals. Likewise one of the multiples of Manila based recruiters Soriano reported that the new rules imposed by the Ministry of labor of Saudi Arabia, should be studied and new rules should be implemented by the Aquino. 

 In the Middle East countries there is a rising demand of recruitments. In Dubai, there are a host of recruitment agencies who hire people from abroad. India is a hot manpower provider to Gulf. There are large job postings in the state of UAE by the employers. M.M. Enterprises is one of those firms which provide recruitment in Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries with a huge number of clients. According to the reports presented by the government and semi government authorities of UAE M.M enterprises strongly believe that the status of employment will surely increase soon. Recruitment demands from countries in the middle east region has been on the rise despite the  economic drag the world is experiencing.
