• You may wish to pay tribute to the colonel's service to his country and its people by purchasing a gift that commemorates his achievements. Ideas along this line are items such as a medal display case or a plaque engraved with his name, rank of colonel, years of service and relevant achievements. • For those times when the colonel is away, you may wish to give a gift that reminds him of home -- perhaps a framed photo of his loved ones, a T-shirt with a picture of his wife or a DVD recording of his children sending their love. This is the official charity of the U.S. Air Force which aids U.S. Airmen and their families. Such a gift is sure to appeal to most, if not all, servicemen and women of the U.S. Air Force.
