But you need to have the focus and discipline to back it up.
Great musicians played for years.
Some even played for tens of thousands of hours.

I am not saying you have to practice for that long.
After all it is not about how many hours go into your effort.
It is about how much effort goes into your hours.
Every time you practice you should strive to push your mind and fingers to the limit.
