A Life Free From Fear

21
Everyone is prone to domestic abuse.
An intimate partner may have been a victim of these problems but may not be fully aware about it.
The situations are almost always ignored.
The offended party even makes up reasons to justify the doer's actions.
Little do these poor individuals know that their other half is only trying to gain control over them.
This is usually the reason why offenders act the way they do.
They are good at making the abused feel intimidated and low.
When fights between couples fire up, the abuser sees to it that the shame and guilt are turned over to the insulted individual, even if he is the one originally at fault.
The quarrel typically ends up the way the bad guy wanted it to by having the victim say sorry.
When one is involved in an abusive relationship, there are various signs which are evident.
Fear is one dominant feeling of an abused partner.
There is fright of upsetting the spouse because this experience may have caused many previous violent behaviors.
Another is lack of self-worth manifested in the belief that one can never seem to please the other.
Some arrive at the point of suffering from extremely low self-respect and submit themselves to mistreatment.
Others think they rightfully deserve to be hurt.
It is the way of control freaks to strive for control and manipulation.
Common conduct of these persons involves frequent humiliating comments, even yelling at their mate.
They make absurd criticisms to put down and embarrass the other person.
They also make it a point to let the significant other believe in their superiority by neglecting achievements and opinions.
In worse cases, these people view their partner as a property, a possession, instead of treating with respect.
Even more alarming is the fact that abuse will eventually move toward violence, which is definitely a totally different crisis.
So when the initial indications are apparent, it is best to get help right away.
The way out is the only approach to exclude yourself from future episodes.
A relationship with an abusive husband or wife is never healthy.
In fact, this state leads to heartbreaking and painful emotional and psychological trauma.
It is time to be protected and to move away from the trouble-maker.
It is highly advised to put an end to such situation and redeem the life each human being deserves: free from fear and anxiety.
