    • 1). Drill holes into the factory marked locations on the rubber cutting edge on the snowplow blade using a drill and the drill bit recommended by the manufacturer. Wear your safety goggles.

    • 2). Locate the appropriate bolts, which insert into the holes you just drilled. Slide a lock washer and then a flat washer onto each bolt. All hardware is supplied with the snowplow kit. Insert the bolts into the holes, mount the rubber cutting edge to the skid bracket and hand tighten a bolt onto each bolt. Tighten the nuts with the appropriate size socket wrench.

    • 3). Slide the rubber plate onto the rubber cutting edge, making sure the skid bracket faces the back of the blade.

    • 4). Mount the side hinges onto the blade -- align the holes in the back of the blade with the holes on the hinges, insert the appropriate bolts and any other hardware, and tighten a nut onto each bolt with the appropriate size socket wrench.

    • 5). Insert the appropriate bolts into the bottom of each hinge and secure them to the blade by tightening a nut onto each bolt with the appropriate size socket wrench. Some snowplows have holes pre-drilled in this location, while others do not. Consult the owner's manual for drilling instructions, if applicable.

    • 6). Attach the interceptor into the plow mount. The interceptor is the bottom of the plow's arm. Insert the appropriate bolts into the aligned holes and tighten a nut onto each bolt with the appropriate socket wrench.

    • 7). Attach the plow mount to the plow blade. Each blade mounts differently. Consult the owner's manual for a diagram and mounting instructions. Some plows utilize tether cords, used when raising and lowering the blade. Attach any tether cords by following the manufacturer's instructions.

    • 8). Jack up the front of the Grizzly 600.

    • 9). Mount the plow to the undercarriage of the Grizzly 600. Do not attach any equipment to the axle. Consult the plow's owner's manual for mounting instructions.
