What is lawn culture in corporate? Who does not like lawn? Who does not wish to have a bungalow with lawn?

Lawn needs special care and a gardener to attend. Which type of grass should be chosen like German, French or Italian grass etc., for the lawn is yet another mind boggling issue.

What does the word 'lawn' signify in corporate? People who aspire to have lawn will ensure that the lawn is maintained properly, grasses are cut regularly and any other plants grown in law are removed on time. Even the costliest mulberry, leachy, strawberry or peach plant accidentally grown in a lawn is removed as such plants are considered to be weed.

The lawn culture in corporate refers to the mind set of some organizations or the entrepreneurs. They love to keep the culture and growth under constant control. Any growth beyond a point will be trimmed to size. They look for uniformity and everything for them should look identical. Any unevenness will be viewed seriously and leveled immediately. 'Odd' is unacceptable term to them and only the word 'even' is encouraged. As a part of the so called utopian culture, the treatments are similar to both the peon and CEO in such organization. Everybody has voice but no body is there to hear is what the work style of such organizations.

The employees should study the culture of the organization and must complete the above exercise in six months from the time from the date of joining. They should verify that whether they would like to remain as grass or their aspiration is to become a tree. If they realize that their inner drive is to become a tree, then they should concede to the fact that lawn is not the place for tree.

Trees love to grow in lawn because of the availability of plenty of water, sunlight and absence of much competition. This is how the culture in some organization would be. An excited employee may presume that the organization is the best place for growth as no competition, enough opportunity to contribute and possibility for actualizing their vision. But they should remember that they are attempting to grow like how a tree attempting to grow in a lawn. The next second, the gardener will uproot the plant.

Employee should learn to change for their sake. If they attempt to change the culture of the organization, they may meet with frustrations. Trees are prohibited in lawn. The lawn has been designed and landscaped to maintain as a lawn. Every corporate has a unique culture of its own. No one doubts, the beauty of lawn none can deny and the fact that lawn demand good care and maintenance. The key issue is that, in lawn, only grasses are allowed to grow and grasses are encouraged. Even to the grasses, growth is defined and determinate. If they grow above the allowed length will face the axe.

Employees needs apply their thinking cap, understand the organization and make a choice. Blame none, choice is yours.
