How Many Calories to Eat to Lose Weight?
One of the most frequent questions I get asked daily is how many calories to eat to lose weight. Although this is a good question, it is an often misunderstood question that usually leads to an answer that'll provide negative results.
The first thing most people think about when it comes to losing weight is to cut back on the amount of calories you should eat daily. Wrong!
I'm going to make this simple. Your body needs the appropriate amount of calories it is SUPPOSED to have based off of a couple of key things. Those things would be your age and current weight.
