It is always important to stay in good shape as overweight causes you multiple health hazards. After pregnancy you should incorporate only light-weight exercises into your daily regime. Furthermore, you should not start it before six weeks of delivery. Before starting, consult a physician to ensure if your body has enough strength to do exercises. If your body needs more time for full recovery from delivery wounds and stress, you should start exercises later. Divide your daily workout regime into smaller sessions, this will be more effective and you won't easily get tired too.
