    • 1). Slice a tomato. Juice and de-seed each half into a bowl or food processor. Peel off the skin of each half and add the tomato's insides to the seeds and juice. Mash the skinless tomato halves or blend them in the food processor.

    • 2). Wet your face with warm, but not hot, water. Pat dry, but quickly apply the pulp of the tomato to your face, avoiding the eyes and mouth. Let the tomato pulp sit for 10 minutes, or try doing two applications of five minutes each.

      The tomato pulp can be stored in your refrigerator for up to one week if properly sealed.

    • 3). Rinse off the pulp with warm water. Finish with a rinse of cool water to close off your pores. Use moisturizer, and you are good to go!

    • 4). If you have oily skin, try adding oatmeal to the tomato pulp. Add a tablespoon of oatmeal for a good way to soak up excess oil.

      If you have dry skin, add a tablespoon of natural unflavored yogurt for an extra boost of moisture.
