How to Make Low Carb Protein Bars
- 1). Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2). Mix the eggs, canola oil, sugar and vanilla flavoring in the bowl.
- 3). Add the flour, wheat germ, baking soda, salt, and oats. Mix well, until the mass is without lumps. Add the hazelnuts and mix again.
- 4). Spray the cooking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- 5). Spread the mixture in the cooking pan and put it in the oven.
- 6). Leave the mixture in the oven for 25 minutes or until the edge of the mass starts to pull away from the sides of the pan.
- 7). Take the mass out of the oven and leave it to cool. Once the mass is cold, cut the sheet into bars.
