Tap Away Those Christmas Chocolate Cravings Quickly and Easily and Lose Weight

3
Ummmh, the big tins of Christmas chocolates are calling at me from the groaning supermarket shelves..
..
'Go on buy me, just for the kids, you can have a couple of sumptuous treats, but you're really buying them for your children - you don't want them to be little waifs and strays at Christmas...
' I go home laden with 3 tins, how did that happen?! Well, some for the visitors over Christmas of course! I'll just see how many purple chocolates are in one of the tins.
As I lift the lid that heavenly rich smooth chocolaty smell hits me...
they won't notice if one purple chocolate is missing, or even two in such a big tin...
and there begins the slippery slope! By the time the children come home from school, I'm already feeling slightly sick with just sampling a green triangle and a caramel keg and oooh I've not seen that one before...
So, how can you stop yourself plunging from the diving board into the rippling ocean of abundant delicious chocolate at Christmas time? Tapping away your chocolate cravings with the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an amazingly quick and effective answer.
EFT was founded by Gary Craig in America, and it is an emotional version of acupuncture wherein we stimulate certain meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips.
EFT can be used on all sorts of conditions from physical illness to emotional issues and cravings.
By tapping on acupressure points we can ease the chocolate cravings.
Follow these instructions: STEP 1 Pick up the chocolate you are craving and smell it - that's it take a good deep sniff of the lovely brown stuff.
Ask yourself on a scale of 0 - 10 (0 being not at all and 10 being a could eat all this in one gulp I want it so much) how strong is your desire for the chocolate.
STEP 2 With two fingers of one hand, tap on the side of your other hand where the fleshy part is just down from your little finger, but not as far as your wrist.
This is called the karate chop.
Keep tapping firmly but gently whilst saying these words: Even though this chocolate smells delicious and I really really want to eat it now as it probably tastes delicious too, I truly and deeply accept myself.
Now repeat this sentence twice more.
STEP 3 We are now going to tap round on the acupressure points about 7 times with your two fingers each time saying the following phrase: I really want to eat this delicious chocolate.
POINT 1 - the start of your eyebrow on the bone just up from the top of your nose.
POINT 2 - follow the eyebrow to the end and tap on the bone.
POINT 3 - in the middle of your eye trace a line down to the bone just below the eye and tap.
POINT 4 - in the gap between your nose and your lip POINT 5 - in the dip between your mouth and the end of your chin POINT 6 - the start of your collar bone just below and to the side of the bottom of your neck.
POINT 7 - under your arm, just where a lady's bra strap would be.
Tap on each of these points whilst saying the phrase and then take a deep breath.
STEP 4 Now pick up the chocolate again, smell it and rate on a scale of 0 - 10 how much you want to eat this chocolate.
Hopefully your desire will have decreased.
To decrease your desire even further, just do another round of tapping on the 7 acupressure points.
You can alter the words slightly to suit your needs.
Any time you want to eat chocolate and you know that you are not physically hungry, you are craving it for other reasons - the taste, the smell, you are bored, you want to socially join in with others, you are stressed, you are tired...
and all those other reasons, try tapping away your cravings! You CAN gain control over chocolate!
