Smoking kills and for sure you are all aware of that by now.
Every packs of cigarette have warning signs so its consumers would be aware that every stick of cigarette they puff decreases their days here on Earth.
Diseases such as lung cancer are caused by this addiction and if you puff packs of cigarettes a day, your chance of getting respiratory or heart diseases increase.
Smoking is an addiction and any type of addiction is hard to quit.
Your body craves for the nicotine that smoking less than what you normally smoke already show signs of withdrawal and it's not a pleasant feeling.
Unfortunately, it's what you have to go through but don't do it drastically so you would lessen your torture.
  There are different ways to help you on your quest of quitting.
How to quit smoking is really up to you.
Sometimes, a person would just stop after a traumatic incident and most of the time they do it gradually.
Smoking patches and decreasing the amount of sticks smoked in a day is usually the most common technique.
How to quit smoking easily ? Well, if you are not very addicted to it yet, then it's the best time to stop.
Don't let the addiction go too far or else it would be more difficult for you to stop.

No more pack in the house.
Talk to your close ones : family, friends, co workers.
They need to be aware that you don't smoke anymore.
They have to respect this choice, and not propose you a cigarette and even bring you support and encouragement.
Finally do whatever you can to keep your mind and body busy.
It can be as simple as watching TV or exercising.
