In this economy, how many of us can afford to spend more money then we have to? So, how can you spend less money you may be asking? The answer to saving more money is to lose weight.
If you slim down the following things will start to happen: Your Food Expenses Will Lower Think about it, if you are eating less food, not eating expensive junk food, not going out to lunch as often, drinking less pop and alcoholic drinks, guess what, you cannot help but spend less money on food.
Spend Less on Pills and Doctor Bills Let's face it, if you lose weight, there is a good chance that you will feel better and have fewer health problems.
This translates to less money out of your pocket for pills, doctor and hospital visits translating to more money saved.
Save Money on Clothes Whether you realize it or not, smaller cloths are less expensive than bigger sized clothes.
Also, when I was overweight I had to keep replacing my wardrobe as I got bigger and bigger.
Another thing I realized was that I wore out my clothes quicker when I was overweight, and the clothes I did not ware out, I destroyed by dropping food on myself leaving spots that could not be removed.
The concept of losing weight is simple, but it is not easy.
If you use your finances as a motivation to lose weight you can get thinner and save more money.
All it takes is some motivation and lots of actions.
