- 4). Check the websites daily. If a long time has passed without any hits, check to see if the current asking price is acceptable to the market conditions. If not, lower the price to something more attractive.
- 5). Finalize the deal with the highest bidder. Meet with the buyer and show him or her around the property. Fill out the necessary paperwork and payment options to seal the deal.
