How to Synchronize Phones
- 1). Install Windows Mobile Device Center on a computer. The download for the program is available on the Microsoft website. You will be guided through the installation process.
- 2). Connect a phone to any available USB port on the computer using a USB cable.
- 3). Click "Start," then "Control Panel" on the computer. Double-click the "Windows Mobile Device Center" icon.
- 4). Click the "Set up your device" link in the home screen of Windows Mobile Device Center.
- 5). Check the boxes next to the content to sync with the phone, then click "Next." The content selected is automatically synced each time Windows Mobile Device Center is opened.
- 6). Enter a name for Windows Mobile Device Center to recognize the phone, then click "Next." Synchronizing begins automatically.
- 7). Disconnect the phone from the computer once syncing is complete. Exit out of Windows Mobile Device Center.
- 1). Connect the phone to your Mac computer using either a USB cable or bluetooth.
- 2). Open iSync from the "Applications" folder.
- 3). Click "Sync Devices," then double-click the phone's icon in the "Add Device" window and check the boxes next to the content to sync.
- 4). Click "Sync Devices" and wait for the syncing to complete. Disconnect the phone once the syncing process is complete.
