Like many of you out there I suffered from a extreme case of anxiety and my quality of life was so low that I wasn't enjoying life and was headed in to a deep depression because of it.
Before anxiety treatment for anxiety attacks I was a depressed individual and couldn't find help for the life of me.
Doctors gave me the same watered down solution of "It will pass, deal with it in the meantime".
I was driving myself crazy and could not find any solution to help better myself, it was effecting my life and my way of being.
