    • 1). Press the "Shift" key and double-click on the Deep Freeze icon in the System Tray.

    • 2). Type your password into the dialog box that opens and click "OK."

    • 3). Select the "Status" tab.

    • 4). Click the "Boot Thawed" radio button under the "Status on Next Boot" section.

    • 5). Set the number of restarts to "1." This ensures that Deep Freeze is disabled after the next computer restart.

    • 6). Click "Apply and Reboot" to confirm the settings and disable Deep Freeze after the computer has restarted. To confirm the settings without a restart, click the "OK" button.
