Simon Monjack: August 5, 1970 in Hillingdon, England per MTV.com.

Died:

Brittany Murphy: Brittany died at home in Los Angeles, California at the age of 32 on December 20, 2009. Brittany died from a combination of multiple legal drug intoxication, pneumonia, and an iron deficiency.

Simon Monjack: Simon died at home at the age of 39 on May 23, 2010 in Los Angeles, California. Monjack was scheduled to have bypass surgery in September. He died of acute pneumonia and severe anemia five months after his wife Brittany died.

Brittany and Simon are buried next to one another at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
