Can vitamins and pills really help stimulate your hair growth rate? The jury's still out on that, but the vitamins listed below could be helpful in making your hair grow faster.
Available from your local corner drug store, big chain drug stores or over the internet, some people claim that these vitamins have boosted and stimulated their hair growth.

But Vitamin A can also be beneficial in stimulating hair growth.

Panthothenic Acid Pantothenic acid is found in meats, whole grains, broccoli and avocados.

None of these vitamins or supplements have been proven to promote, stimulate or help hair growth, but a lot of people claim boosts of up to 200% in growing their hair faster.
Everybody reacts differently and they may or may not help your particular head of hair, so take them with caution and test them out with your hair.
