You have to know how to balance your acid and alkaline foods intake if you want to avoid premature aging and be healthier than you are today. Just look at me now. At 32 I feel like I am 21 again. Don't get me wrong, I did not feel this way before I started to take a stand and change my lifestyle for the better.

The truth is, I was also like you before I changed my bad habits. I was also always low on energy, I had a stuffy head when I wake up in the morning, I always felt aches and pains in my muscles and joints, and I was feeling sickly all day long. Try to find a fun and vigorous exercise that will entertain. Try and bring in some music player to the gym so that you can listen to your favorite music or podcast while you exercise. I know it is not easy, but your health is really well worth the effort.

The next thing you should do is change your diet to a balanced diet. You have to kick the bad habits if you want to live a pain free and fulfilling life. You don't need cigarettes or liquor to enjoy life. It is much better to enjoy life sober and free from toxins.
