Air Superiority - Will the US Hold It"s Lead?
Air Superiority and Space Superiority will be vital in the future.
Controlling the ocean waters both above and below the surface will be paramount.
Now then let us discuss America's military superiority for a moment.
The United States has 20,000 people with advanced aeronautic degrees all competing for the best designs, materials, propulsion systems, aerodynamic features.
Today the USA is in the lead and the Chinese spies some 3,000 of them [FBI report to Congress summer 2005] cannot even steal the latest research, as fast as we create it here in the US.
Each time the new materials get lighter and the engines better the performance, stealth capabilities, electronics and systems get better and more viable.
We are practically building Star Wars stuff now and who is stopping here.
With the next generation of robotics engineers, UAV, MAV, Hypersonic kids graduating now.
There is no way in heck anyone is going to match it (my opinion).
Besides all the PR out of China, Russia and even Iran is silly, because if they really had that stuff, they would be selling it to us at a profit, look at what we spend a year in R and D and hardware (my opinion).
You would not believe the stuff that is now in the pipeline and of course I cannot even begin to discuss it due to all the rules.
Some is scary and most looks like magic.
No nation will be able to challenge the superiority of the USA unless we seriously dropped the ball or Congress gutted the military.
Other nations should be our friends and reap the benefits of our middle class spending to help uplift their nations and flows of their civilization.
It behooves all nations to stop picking fights and join together in a common cause that is if they truly care about seeing their grandchildren inherit the fruits of their labors.
Indeed, I must remind the reader that this is my opinion based on personal research.
