Anxiety Disorder - A Mental Illness That Has Hereditary Causes

27
Many times those who have experienced anxiety problems or panic related issues often get to know that their siblings and parents have also went through the same kind of problems.
However, sadly a lot of people keep their problem secret; therefore they do not find out if their problem is hereditary or not from their family until a time comes when minor issues morph into more severe ones.
Often times, people only share their problems with their family members when their problem has become chronic and therefore, they need help in overcoming it, and that is when some other family member also confides that they also have went through similar problems as well in their teenage or even adult years.
However, due to the nature of anxiety many people are reproachful and they do not wish to fully confess about it.
Anxiety problems can not be just hereditary.
They may also build up despite the fact that none of the relatives may have it.
The typical reasons for anxiety are mostly tragic events such as the death of a close one or certain traumatic events in life such as the death of a loved one, car and plane accidents, breakups or divorces.
Continual stress regarding financial issues can also be the cause of development of severe and endless anxiety problems.
At times, it is possible to determine if a certain event led to the person developing anxiety problems, however a lot of times, it is not that easy either.
Some times anxiety problems may occur years after the traumatizing event happens, therefore it is very difficult to make an accurate connection.
To conclude, anxiety problems often are hereditary but that may not always be the case.
Ask your parents and family members if they've suffered from anxiety.
If your family does have a history of anxiety it is quite likely that you might also develop them at some point in your life.
There are several ways to treat anxiety effectively the most recommended are the natural cures as they have no side-effects unlike the conventional medications.
