Yeast Infection and Birth Control to Enjoy Your Sex Life

20
I will answer a question about yeast infections and birth control here.
Last year, my friend took Aleese birth control, for it had low estrogen.
Then, after one year it gave her yeast infections she had to stop using it.
Finally, they went away after months of pain.
Then, she started Minestrogen and after 3 days, she got horrible yeast infections again, so she stopped right away.
Fortunately, they stopped.
However, she now needs a recommendation of new birth control as she doesn't want to ruin her sex life anymore.
There are more birth control options than most people know about.
The safest one I know of is called natural family planning (NFP), and teaches you how to understand your body's signs of fertility.
You can chart your menstrual cycle, learn how to tell when you are entering a fertile period, and stop having sex for that time.
After the fertile period, you can have sex again until next month.
This is not the same as the "rhythm method" which assumes that your fertile period will fall midway through your cycle.
the rhythm method is ineffective because all women's cycles are different, and your cycle may be just a tad irregular from month to month.
NFP allows you to accurately diagnose your own fertility every time.
It is chemical free, condom free, hormone free, best of all free! It is also 97% effective, which is comparable to a very skillfully used condom.
I highly recommend the book "taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler.
He also makes it clear that these methods are best taught face to face in a class or coaching session.
