Personalized Baseball Player

• The standard baseball player outfit is an uncomplicated costume that you may have lying around your home. Dress the toddler in snug white sweatpants or real baseball pants and a homemade jersey. Creating a jersey is a quick process that involves printing out a number on transfer paper and bonding it to the back of a solid T-shirt. • Catchers remain behind the baseball plate to catch the balls from the pitcher. A catcher costume is ideal for toddlers who do not mind wearing a mask over their face or gear on their body for the evening. Visit a secondhand shop or a sporting goods store to locate a helmet, chest pad, arm pads and leg gear to put over his little body. • Umpires are always spotted on the baseball field, catching balls or calling a man out as he runs to first base. Dress up the toddler as an umpire by purchasing a long-sleeve striped shirt and coordinating pants. Place a cap on his head and long tube socks on his feet with basic tennis shoes. Professional Baseball Player

• Encourage your toddler to express his admiration of a specific baseball player by dressing up as him for Halloween. If the toddler does not have a favorite player, dress up the toddler as the parent's favorite baseball player. Look at a photo of the player for team colors on the pants and shirt. Dress the toddler in the same pant color and purchase or create the same jersey as the player wears with the player's number and name on the back. Glue an old baseball into the center of an old glove for the toddler to wear.
