How to Get a Copy of Your Series 6 and 63 Licenses
- 1). Go to the "Snapshot Reports" section of the FINRA website if you have access to the Internet.
- 2). Download the Web CRD/IARD Snapshot Request Form from FINRA's website. If you do not have access to the Internet, you may either call the FINRA Call Center or mail FINRA to have this form sent to you.
- 3). Fill in all the details on the form, including name, address, telephone number, CRD (Central Registration Depository) number or the last four digits of your social security number.
- 4). Mail or fax in the report to the details listed on the form. This is a free service so no payment is required to be included with your correspondence. FINRA will subsequently mail you a report with your exam, license and sponsoring firm details.
