Canadian Government & Immigration
- Canada's immigration policy is divided into two parts. One part is for permanent immigrants and the other is for temporary visitors to Canada. There are two primary paths that an immigrant can take in order to become a permanent citizen of Canada: employment or family sponsorship.
- Canada's government strongly encourages skilled workers from other nations to immigrate into their country. They have created immigration regulations that give skilled workers five different paths for immigration. Some of these paths include skill workers and professionals, Canadian work experience, investors, entrepreneurs and self-employment.
- Canada's government also recognizes that family sponsorship is another important aspect of its immigration system. The Canadian government endorses citizens of Canada who have spouses, children or grandparents to sponsor these individuals as they become permanent citizens of Canada.
