Unlock Keypad

• 1). Touch the main screen to wake the phone from sleep mode. The display will say "Locked."
  
  
• 2). Enter the four to eight-digit unlock code. If you've never changed the unlock code on the phone, the default code is 1122.
  
  
• 3). Press the "OK" button to submit the code and unlock the phone.
  
  

Unlock SIM

• 1). Tap the touch screen to wake the phone from sleep mode. The screen will say "SIM locked."
  
  
• 2). Enter the four-digit SIM unlock code. There is no default code. According to the user manual, this code is provided by your SIM card provider. Contact your network service provider for the SIM unlock code.
  
  
• 3). Press the "OK" button to submit the code and unlock the SIM.
