After increasing the size of her breast from an A-cup to a D-cup three years ago, Montag opted to go bigger during her last round of surgeries. She is now a triple-D, but says she should like to go even bigger.

Montag had liposuction performed on her inner thighs, outer thighs, and waist. Though the reality star was already thin, she says she wanted more body contour.

Butt Augmentation

To create a shapelier figure, Montag's surgeon performed the butt augmentation procedure. This can be done with fat injections or butt implants.
