Cold After Eating Certain Foods in Candida Diet

Do you usually get cold after eating? A friend of mine (on candida diet) gets cold for anywhere from 5 minutes to 1/2 hour, with goose bumps and everything.
She asked me if I know why this happens or what causes it.
I had the same problem of becoming freezing/goose bump cold after eating certain foods.
Then, I began having problems swallowing after eating certain foods.
Of course I continued trying to eat these foods and the symptoms morphed into not being able to breathe for 15-20 seconds.
The doctor I saw said it is called Apnea.
Most people get it when they are asleep, but I got it from food reactions.
My point is, after a year of testing and specialists I found out the thing causing the cold feeling/swallow problems/apnea stuff ended being my hypothalamus.
For some reason, certain foods that I ate had an immune response that would trigger the hypothalamus to freak out.
Initially, when it first started I took my body temperature before eating and after and learned I went from 98.

You might want to try this as it will help your doctor figure out what's going on.
Your body is expending energy to help digest the food you have just eaten, taking away from the energy that is required to keep your body at a constant temperature.
It is a natural process, but if you eat food that is more natural and easier to process, you won't notice the difference in temperature as much.
Do you also get hot sweats for no reason? I believe this hot and cold are a reaction of the yeast.
Getting cold feet and hands is another thing.
I am guessing that is something to do with the circulation as yeast puts toxins into the blood stream and your body does not get the proper oxygen etc since the toxins are present instead.
I am just guessing about this, but it seems to be a consistent pattern after eating high carbs or anything that the yeast can use for food.
