What Is the Difference Between a 2010 Polaris Razor Motor & a Pro R?
- The 2010 Polaris Razor features a 760 cc engine with two cylinders and a bore and stroke of 3.15 inches by 2.99 inches.
- The 800 R snowmobile features a similarly-designed engine with differences. Its 795 cc engine is slightly more powerful than the Razor's and it has a bore and stroke of 3.35 inches by 2.76 inches. It does, however, feature a two-cylinder design like the Polaris Razor.
- The systems that work with each vehicle's engine are also different. The Razor comes with an electronic control unit (ECU) ignition, while the Pro-R features a digital capacitor discharge ignition (CDI) system. Additionally, the Razor has electronic fuel injection, while the Pro-R features Cleanfire Injection.
