The normal biological changes due to aging is inevitable and despite the fear and resistance for all of us to get old, getting old is just a normal process in human life while anti-aging is the act of slowing down the aging effect by the use of multiple different methods.
Aging happens to human being of all races, regardless of sex, religion, marital status, culture nor residing countries.
Between the two genders, it is pretty obvious that the female group shows their concern in their physical changes especially on the well-being of their physical parts such as the elasticity and dryness of their skin, the appearance of wrinkles on their face as well as how physically fit are their bodies.
Women all around the world adores being praised for their beauty and gracefulness everywhere they go and at whatever age they are.
Majority of women will do whatever they can to stay young and fit, some believe that they can stay young with Botox injections and skin medications, while some had their faith on healthy organic food to stay youthful and energetic, while for those who love work-out had cited that exercises has a long enduring results for anti-aging if consistent cardio gym work-outs, yoga and Pilate are practiced on a consistent basis.
There is no right or wrong answer to all these methods, as long as they have no negative side effects on the consumer's health, any of these methods mentioned above are good options for one to stay young, against the threat of aging.
Apart from some of the key options above, here I wish to share with my fellow sisters over the world on what I believe as the major key tips to fight aging for women, i.
Smoking is health's worst enemy as it will harm our health badly by polluting and destroying our lungs, but also escalate the premature aging of our skin.
That is the reason why smokers tend to look older than they really are as compared to non smokers.

Wear your sun-screen religiously as they will only do you good.
Make it a good habit to be on your sun-screen with at least SPF 15 or above whenever you are out-door even if the sun is not at its strongest at that time.
Avoid being under the direct exposure of the sun between 11 am and 4 pm as the sun-rays are at their strongest during this interval.
Excessive and unprotected sun exposure will result in uneven skin tone, freckles, age spots and fine wrinkles on your face.
Get yourself an umbrella or put on sun-glasses and wear long-sleeved shirt are some of the easy but yet effective ways to protect yourself against excessive sun exposure.

Eat health and stay hydrated the best you can.
This advice seems to be often highlighted by many such as heath food specialists, doctors, nutritionists, nurses etc.
however this is easier said than done.
Eat healthy emphasize on the importance of eating the correct balance of nutrition and minerals in your daily diet so as to take care of the operational functions of your whole body.
Good nutrition such as acid amino helps to repair our skin by increasing its elasticity while at the same time helps to mend those damaged skin cells by replacing them with good skin cells.

Work-out regularly.
Nothing can compare to the work-out and exercises which helps to rejuvenate your body like exercise do, It is so common for doctors to recommend their patients to take up and stick to one or two types of exercises or out-door sports that they are fond of or good at consistently for long term.
This helps to incorporate and introduce the importance of exercise into one's life-style for a better and healthier life.

Get sufficient rest and sleep at night.
Getting enough rest at night is one of the most effective ways to slow down the aging process.
We need to get enough rest especially during night time because it helps to speed up the healing and restoring process while we rest.
That is the reason why it is so crucial for us to get great quality sleep at night time.
