Gravity and Hair Loss - What Do They Have in Common?

36
You might find it strange to know that gravity and hair loss have a few things in common.
Actually to be frank, gravity helps and aids in the production of new hairs.
I know you're probably wondering what in the world am I talking about? If you stood on your head or upside down for about 2 minutes you would be helping your hair grow.
You want to know why? It's simply because you would be allowing blood to flow to your head which believe it or not is actually a necessary part of hair growth.
Your hair follicles need a steady supply of blood in order to start producing more hair for you.
Your blood carries vital nutrients that your follicle roots need in order to live and flourish.
Only by stimulating your scalp can this be achieved.
Now I wouldn't recommend you to stand on your head in order to treat a thinning hair problem.
It's dangerous and totally inconvenient.
A much better approach to this involves a few other easy-to-apply techniques.
One way to use gravity efficiently and produce more hair is by lying on the edge of your bed with your head leaning backwards over the edge.
This is an easy way of getting blood to your scalp.
Just do it for about two minutes at a time.
If you don't and do it for longer than that, you might get dizzy or get very sick.
I know it sounds sort of obvious, but a lot of people never use common sense.
If this little technique sounds sort of beyond what you would expect to do as far as regrowing your hair is concerned, I have another one that will certainly get you on the right track.
Actually make that two techniques.
First one involves just massaging your scalp with your fingertips for 10-15 minutes per day.
It's easy and if done each day, will definitely increase blood flow to all of those problem areas you may have.
If you want to stimulate hair growth another step to take would be that of taking ginkgo biloba each day.
This herb improves circulation throughout your entire body, even your scalp where it's most certainly needed.
