How to Make a Chicken Coop Wall Decoration
- 1). Remove the glass from the picture frame and save it for another project. Turn the frame over. Keep the cardboard backing so you can put it back in the frame when the wall decoration is complete.
- 2). Lay the piece of chicken coop wire across the back of the frame. Attach it with hot glue. Use a small piece of masking tape to hold it at the corners until the glue hardens, if needed.
- 3). Turn the frame right side up. Glue on the ceramic pieces, including the nest, onto the left side of the chicken coop wire. Glue the bow in the upper-right hand corner. Glue on any other additional decorative items you desire.
- 4). Paint the cardboard backing from the picture frame with the barn red paint and let it dry. Spray it lightly with varnish.
- 5). Insert the cardboard backing into the frame. Apply strips of masking tape if needed to create a smooth back.
- 6). Attach the frame to the wall using the hanger that is on the back of the frame.
