Natural Remedy For Anxiety - How to Cure Your Panic Attacks
I believe that the biggest natural remedy for anxiety (or GAD if that's how you know it) is to start to take control today.
Now that may make some people mad because they want a magic pill and taking control sounds hard.
Take control one step at a time to gain authority over your fear of anxiety It may be a very difficult process, but it will be worth it to get freedom from anxiety.
Realize that you can't run away from your fear of having a panic attack.
Your best chance of defeating it will be to face it head on.
You may start to notice right away that if you were to "accept" your panic attacks and not try to deny them or run away that they aren't as bad.
It may suddenly start to become clear that your anxiety feeds on your fear.
The more that you are fearing and expecting a panic attack, the bigger it grows.
If your fear of the panic attack is bigger, it may make the pain seem bigger as well.
What we focus our mind on seems to get bigger.
I don't really know why, but I know that if we can shift our focus or distract ourselves then those other problems can become smaller sometimes.
When you start to get progress, celebrate it! If today you are able to take control of your anxiety, your anxiety may start to diminish.
Any time that you have less struggle with your anxiety, you need to remember what you did that was helpful, and do more of that.
Also remember it as a victory!
