Snowy is the canine sidekick of ace reporter Tintin in the Steven Spielberg film The Adventures of Tintin, based on the comic book/graphic novels by Herge. Snowy is quite a smart and observant little dog, and a regular Sherlock Holmes himself. Above all, Snowy is loyal and willing to risk anything to help Tintin when he gets in a jam. Snowy's name in French is "Milou," and he is a Wire Fox Terrier.

Snowy has been with Tintin from the beginning.
