How to Create Business Cards in Microsoft Office 2002
- 1). Open "Microsoft Word" from the "Microsoft Office 2002" folder in the "Programs" menu.
- 2). Click "File" and "New." Select "Business Cards" from the list of available template types. Select from one of the available business card designs you can choose from and click "Create."
- 3). Design your business card. You can use your mouse and keyboard to replace the default information in the design that you've chosen with your own personal information. You can also make further adjustments to text (like changing the font size, type or color) by highlighting the text in question and selecting the appropriate drop-down menu. To insert an image into your business card, click "Insert" and "Image."
- 4). Click "File" and "Print." Replace the regular paper in your computer printer's paper tray with business card paper. You can get business card paper at any office supply store.
- 5). Click the "Print" button to print out the business cards you created using Microsoft Word 2002.
