Be Lazy With Your Back Pain Exercise

Of the millions of people who suffer back pain, the vast majority are told to do exercises of one kind or another.
Doctors know that is the only way back pain can be successfully treated.
They know they can't do it themselves, and they can't do it for you.
But there are problems with the prescription.
Most people are given a list of exercises to do, or referred to a physical therapist who shows them how to do the same exercises.
The problem is not so much the exercises they choose to tell you to do.
It is the volume of exercise they advise.
For sure, it's enough to keep a healthy back healthy.
But you don't have a healthy back.
The proper way to use exercise when you have acute or chronic low back pain is to attack the problem like a chiropractor does.
One small step at a time.
Never has a long time chronic back pain sufferer experienced immediate and total relief after an initial chiropractic visit.
You will not find relief through exercise.
The exercise itself does nothing to relieve the pain.
The relief comes because you have, during the exercise, made an adjustment to your spine that reverses some damage.
You will feel the relief from the adjustment the following day.
It is the cumulative effect of these "adjustments" that gets you full pain relief.
With that in mind, a simple extension exercise is all that is needed to make those adjustments happen.
You don't need to do a 30 minute workout to get results.
In fact, a long workout with a painful back will only cause you more grief.
Do a single, basic extension exercise, correctly, three times a day for five repetitions each time, and you will feel relief in a couple of days.
When it comes to back pain exercise, laziness can be a good thing.
