Network Marketing - You Can"t Make Sales If People Don"t Know Who You Are

11
Have you ever visited a website, looked around to see who owns the site and left, having never found the owner? I read the most wonderful article today.
It was written by someone in network marketing.
It was an article about using Facebook.
The bio led me to a website with at least a dozen other articles.
Each article was brilliantly written.
Not one of these articles had a way to contact the writer.
There was not a Facebook URL.
There was not an email address and there was no "contact me" page anywhere on his site.
Since the author has written so many articles on network marketing, I have to believe the writer is somehow connected to network marketing.
Yet, anyone reading these articles has no way to reach him or contact him.
This is not the first time I've seen this.
I belong to several online communities.
There are many people who use a fictitious screen name and then hide their email address saying they don't want spam.
It's very difficult to make a sale and build a team when you don't let people know how to reach you.
I dislike spam more than most, yet my email address is on every article I write and in every profile I create online.
I want potential customers and potential team members to be able to easily reach me.
If you're going to invest the time to write about networks such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter, it is really to your advantage to put your network URL in the piece you are writing, or in the bio if you're writing an article.
Social networks are meant to attract people and build your circle of "friends.
" Why would you not let others know how to reach you and become your friend on the network? Network marketing is about building relationships.
Make sure others know how to reach you and where to find you online.
This is the first step in building a relationship that just might turn into a sale.
