You eat a lot of meat to get your protein but what about fruits? Adding fruits to your diet will actually help with metabolism and getting all the right nutrients in order to get a better workout.
You can eat them as snacks in between your meals, giving you a boost of energy.
Here is a list of some fruits and what they mostly provide: Orange - A good source of Vitamin C Apple - Good source of dietary fiber Banana - A good source of potassium Blue Berries - A good source of source of Vitamin C and antioxidants Try including this as a part of your healthy diet and watch the difference in energy levels.
Fruits are good substitutes for deserts and even more healthier.
Eating an orange or apple in your breakfast meal does a a benefit to you.
It gives you natural energy and helps feed the glycogen.
The reason why you should stick to the fruits than the chocolate and all the other candy is because you are taking in fructose which is a natural sugar that has something that table sugar does not have, which is nutrients! Now they both provide about the same metabolism but in the long run you are going to benefit more from the fruits.
Don't get me wrong chocolate is still good but as long as it is taken in small quantities.
So make sure you do not forget to add a piece of fruit along with your sandwich!
