Can I Sue the Wind Farm In Front of My Wind Turbine Generator for Energy Loss?

As a high IQ thinker one of the most common quotes that I continually repeat to myself is that "everything is connected to everything else, it's all one, everything, every action affects everything, the question is merely to what degree.
" Perhaps it's just my way of internal thinking and justifying ironic or curious data which flies past my radar screen.
Speaking of aerodynamics, flying objects, and the atmosphere which they transgress - I'd like to speak with you for a few moments about wind turbine generators.
A few years back, I wrote several articles about creating contours in the land to increase wind speed, and how to place various wind turbines in certain patterns to increase the air pressure and get a boost in energy efficiency.
I even hypothesized how to use various frequencies to bombard the relative wind or incoming air to; thicken it.
The other day, while I was researching some of the incredible lawsuits preventing wind farms and wind turbines from being built due to the ultrasound they create, the radar systems they degrade, or the birds and bats which they kill I ran across an interesting paper, one which not only confirms some of my old thinking on this topic, but also brings up new information both challenges and potentially efficiencies for the alternative energy wind turbine generation sector.
There were several research papers actually, but the one I would like to cite here is; "Wind turbine wake aerodynamics," by L.
J.
Vermeera, J.
N.
Sorensen, and A.
Crespo at the Delft University of Technology, in the Netherlands on September 28, 2003 with an abstract which reads; "The aerodynamics of horizontal axis wind turbine wakes and the physics of power extraction by wind turbines and reviews both the near and the far wake region.
For the near wake, the survey is restricted to uniform, steady and parallel flow conditions, thereby excluding wind shear, wind speed and rotor setting changes and yawed conditions.
The main interest is to study how the far wake decays downstream, in order to estimate the effect produced in downstream turbines.
" Now then, there have been other studies which indicate that 100s or even thousands of giant wind turbines in close proximity would slow down the airflow which cools our Earth's surface in that specific region, thus rather than helping against so-called global warming, it would cause it to heat up - whoops? Yes, another blow to the slowly failing wind generation industry - too bad, but facts are facts, we can't dispute it, nor can we reason away the obvious.
Okay so, I live out in Palm Desert California which is about 20 miles from that famous city called Palm Springs California known as a vacation tourist spot.
There are thousands of wind turbines in the area.
Unfortunately, with all those wind turbines, they also slow down the airflow, and each time more wind turbines are built, they are not quite as efficient as the ones which were built prior in front of them, even if they are several miles away.
This is because there are just so many now so, it's actually slowing down the airflow.
Of course, those who choose to build their wind farms or place their wind turbine generators after the fact, are doing so at their own risk of lost efficiency.
Is there a potential lawsuit there? There may or may not be, but if the engineers and designers of these things are not getting with the airflow wind aerodynamics specialists, they may be missing the point, and misadvising their clients.
In that case, they could be sued for incompetence or bad advice.
Anyway, it is something to think about.
