Rushfit and Tapout XT, what are the difference between the two the pro's and the con's. Although both workout routines are almost the same since they are based on the approach or concept of mixed martial arts.
These circuit workouts or exercises are both developed by MMA experts, RUSHFIT by Georges St-Pierre, the current Welterweight Champion of the UFC - No. 1 Welterweight in the World, while TAPOUT XT is developed by a 43 year old Fitness expert, Celebrity trainer, MMA Condition coach and a certified Personal Trainer by ACE (American Council of Exercise) Mike Karpenko, both trusted and respected fighters.
The workout programs that they have developed are designed/targets to achieve maximum cardio conditioning, strength, endurance, stability, power, flexibility, balance, and agility. They have different formats and schedules to follow.
