• "Dexter's Laboratory" is an animated children's show that originally aired on Cartoon Network from 1996 to 2005. The show centers on a child named Dexter who creates scientific experiments and his sister, Dee Dee, who tries to foil them. Video games based on "Dexter's Laboratory" have been released for Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Color, and the original Sony PlayStation. There are cheats available for some of the games that allow players to unlock extras.
  
  

Combinations

• Players can enter button combinations while positioned on the main menu of "Dexter's Laboratory: Mandark's Lab" for PlayStation to unlock special items and abilities. To unlock all of the game's Blueprint Enhancements, players must press left, circle, circle, up, up, circle and triangle on their controller. Pressing circle, left, square, circle, up, down and circle unlocks all of the Mini Games in Madark's Lab. To unlock all of the Vault Items, players must press circle, circle, left, right, circle, triangle and right. To unlock unlimited lives for every Mini Game, players enter down, square, circle, square, triangle, circle and right. A special extra game called Whack-A-Mole is unlocked by pressing down, circle, triangle, down, circle, triangle and triangle. Players unlock the ability to choose different levels in the game by pressing square, circle, circle, square, left, triangle and square.
  
  

Codes

• Special abilities can be unlocked in "Dexter's Laboratory: Deesaster Strikes" by entering codes while the game is paused. Players gain an extra life by entering LLRR LLRL RRRR LLLR, and Dexter becomes faster by entering LRRR RLRL RRLL RLRR. To reduce the amount of damage Dexter takes, players must enter LRRR RLLL RLLL LLLR. Entering LLRR RRRR LLRR LLLR reduces the amount of gravity, while entering LRRR LLRR LLLL RLLR increases ammunition levels. The floor becomes slippery by entering LLRR RLRR RLLR RLLR, while Dexter's strength is increased by entering LLRR RLLR LLRR LRLR. The robots in the game are weakened by entering LLRR, LRRL, LLLR, RLLL.
  
  

Passwords

• In "Dexter's Laboratory: Chess Challenge," players can advance to new levels without first beating the previous level by typing in passwords. To advance to Level Two, players must enter CSHJMQNS HQJSJJBP. Level Three is reached early by entering CSHJMQNS TTHRDGDN. Players get to Level Four by entering CSHJMQNS KPHHDKFN, while entering CSHJMQNS QGPFCLMH advances players to Level Five. To get to Level Six, players must enter CSHJMQNS HSJSDGBF. Level seven is obtained after entering CSHJMQNS TKHQNGBN, and Level Eight appears after entering CSHJMQNS FNHHDJFS.
