The High Sierra Camp at May Lake (9,270 feet) is a destination for backcountry camping in Yosemite National Park. The lake is about a two-mile hike in from the trailhead on Tioga Road. Guests of the High Sierra Camp sleep in tent cabins and are served meals family style in a dining tent. A backpacker’s campground is located just across the lake from the camp.
