Stress is Never Good

Stress as we know it, not only is it bad for our health; it gives us a really big headache and can lead to unfortunate things.
Stress at work is something you should avoid because it's something you have to deal with everyday and it's a big portion of the day that you commit yourself to.
If you stress out too much you might "snap" at work, if not there than somewhere else which would only lead to unpleasant things.
Imagine a hard stressful day at work and when you go home you have to deal with family problems or whatever.
This can drive anyone crazy or cause them to drink alcohol to relieve that stress which only do more harm to themselves and people around them.
In worse case they may become suicidal, which is the last thing we want.
We encounter stress on an everyday basis but its how we deal with the stress to make the current situation more favorable to ourselves and at the same time not harm anyone including yourself.
Always think about the situation and find alternative paths around it, if you are stressing over something, try to relax or ask for help to get some of that weight off your shoulders.
We can agree that there are different levels of stress.
Minor stress to me would be something that occurs in a short amount of time.
Let's say you find out a friend who just got into a car accident and have no idea if he/she is okay, but you stress about the possibilities.
You start asking yourself the "What if" questions.
When you find out he/she is okay, then the stress goes away and you feel relieved.
Major stress would probably be like money problems that you have to pay within the next 2 weeks and it's on your shoulders like constantly and everyday until the day you pay off the debt.
In either case, it's always good to think positive and hope for the best.
Think about it, what if something did happen to your friend? You are going to stress a lot about it anyways when you find out.
It's better for your health to stress just one time about a situation than stress two times about the same issues.
Relax and think about the situation, see what happens first then stress out later.
Stress can lead to health problems like heart disease, or mental problems.
Could cause someone to go crazy because they can't handle it anymore, or even suicidal.
Always think to yourself, is it worth it? Is what I'm doing right now really worth all the stress I'm going through? Having goals and purpose to do what you are doing which will lead to stress, but knowing that in the end of it all, you'll get what you want, is well worth it.
Help each other, to help yourself, to free your mind.
