Investing in induction compatible cookware is must if you have a large collection of cookware that comprises mostly of copper, aluminum, glass or Pyrex utensils.
  • Noise: This is the smallest disadvantages of an induction cooker because it produces noise. Many latest induction cooktops however, comes with noise reduction technology and are not as noisy.
  • Electric Failure: The worst part of induction cooker is the fact it works on electricity. You will not be able to use an induction cooker or any other kitchen appliances if the electric supply to your home is interrupt.
