How to Set up an SMTP for Email Forwarding
- 1). Click the Windows "Start" button and click "Programs." Click "Administrative Tools" and then click the "Exchange System Manager" icon. This opens your mail server console.
- 2). Click the plus sign next to the "Administrative Groups" icon. In the list of options, click the plus sign next to "Routing Groups." In this list of options, right-click "Connectors" and select "New." A new window opens.
- 3). Select "SMTP Connector" for the connector type. Click the "General" tab and then click "Add." Select "Allow messages to be relayed to these domains" and select "Entire Organization." This routes your senders emails to the mailbox for your users.
- 4). Click "OK" to save the SMTP configurations. Click "Close" again to save and close the main properties window.
