Roadtrek Options & Features
- Roadtreks are recreational vehicles that are designed to look like --- and drive like --- large vans rather than small trucks, which motor homes are. This means that they are smaller but also more convenient and cheaper to run. Roadtreks come with a variety of features and options for the buyer, which allows you to pick and choose precisely what you want rather than have your wants dictated by Roadtrek.
- One feature of a Roadtrek is its on-board kitchen. All Roadtreks have a stove, microwave, refrigerator and a number of cupboards to keep food in. This makes traveling long distances easier on your wallet and health by allowing you to pack your own food.
Roadtrek kitchens can come with either a standard microwave oven or a convection microwave oven. Users can also choose a hanging pantry system and built-in coffee maker. - Roadtreks have a bathroom to save you the trouble of finding a rest area. All models come with a sink, vanity, toilet and shower. The toilet disposes of waste through a Macerator disposal system.
The bathroom features are standardized across all Roadtreks; extra options are not available. - You can customize your Roadtrek's color. Every model has five different color schemes and there are eight different models, which leaves 40 different combinations.
Roadtrek buyers can also choose a flatscreen TV for their Roadtrek. These can be either 17" or 19", depending on the Roadtrek's model.
Roadtreks have dual density foam beds, which are five inches thick. They also have dining tables and wind-up TV antennas, the latter of which are optional. After all, there is little point of a TV antenna without a TV.
